Terms and Conditions
These are the standard terms of Client Business of The DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) services under Ali Nankali sole registered trader in the UK, and all work undertaken by DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall be on these terms unless specifically varied in writing and agreed to by both parties prior to the event or any courses.
1. Event Booking Details
1.1 All bookings will be regarded as provisional until a signed copy of these Terms & Conditions has been received from the client, along with a non-refundable deposit for the required services (as set out in Clause 2.4 below), and only if accepted by DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will the booking be confirmed. DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) is not under any obligation to continue holding provisional bookings beyond the given option date (usually 5 working days from the time of booking), if these have not been received. For the purposes of this Agreement “working days” shall mean Monday to Friday inclusive.
2. Price & Paymentch
2.1 All prices quoted by DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) may be amended when agreed with the Client and the Client will reasonably consider any errors or omissions or where an increase is caused by a change in the circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DentaleLibrary (D-E-L).
2.2 Any query arising from an invoice must be notified to DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) in writing by the Client within 10 working days of the date of the invoice receipt. Failure to comply will render the full invoice payable on the due date.
2.3 It is strictly the responsibility of the representative of the Client confirming the booking to inform all relevant parties of the payment terms, as set out by DentaleLibrary (D-E-L).
2.4 The full payment is required when client booking a course or event provided by this website.
2.5 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) is not responsible for any course provided by another organisation and just addressed from this website. the payment needs to be done directly to the organisation who provide the event or course
2.5 Additional Expenses – any additional expenses or fees resulting from any changes made by the Client, that have not been quoted in the agreed proposal but subsequently incurred by DentaleLibrary (D-E-L), will be invoiced separately before or after the event accordingly.
Payment will be due within 10 working days of invoicing day, any queries thereon raised within 3 working days of printing invoice date and payment shall be made in accordance with clause
2.6. DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will agree any additional expenses or fees with the client prior to these being incurred.
2.5 Late Bookings – Should a booking be made within 20 working days of the event date, payment in full will be required to secure the event.
2.6 Methods of Payment
2.6.1 Online payment when you register for your event.
2.6.2 Cheque payable to The Events Ali Nankali which needs to be agreed in advance and have the booking reference before sending the cheque.
2.6.3 Bank transfer: Details available upon request to enquiry@DentaleLibrary.com - in this case the Client must inform DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) in writing (preferably by email) of any bank transfers.
3. Tickets and Cancellation
3.1 This clause applies to the following: where the client (a) cancels the entire event, (b) cancels partial use of the facilities for the event or (c) reduces the duration of the event as a result of which the contracted value is reduced.
3.2 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) follows non-refundable policy and therefore tickets are no refundable.
3.3 client(s) should inform DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) about their cancellations. All cancellations must be received in writing from the client and will be deemed to take effect from the date of receipt.
The client shall, in that eventuality, be liable for any and all costs or expenses incurred by DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) as a direct result of the postponement.
3.4 By purchasing any ticket or agreeing to attend or participate on any of Physical or online DentaleLibrary.com courses or conferences terms and also accepted our, you agree to DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) terms and conditions fully. In case you are not happy you need to inform us in written form, and we would not use any picture taken from you.
4. Accessing our site
4.1 Access to DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
4.2 We may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to members, or certain categories of members.
4.5 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
On some events the activities that the Clients will undertake may be inherently dangerous although all guests are fully supervised throughout. As such neither DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) or its employees or agents shall be liable for any damage, loss, delay or expenses caused to the client, its employees, agents, licensees or invitees or any other persons attending the event except insofar as it results from the negligence of DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) or breach of contract. Please note that during particular events and on certain activities it may be necessary to request individuals to sign a liability waiver on the day of the event (although the same does not purport to exclude liability for damage to personal property of the Clients employees or staff or property damage caused to the Clients property or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of DentaleLibrary), in which instances DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) agrees to indemnify and hold the Client harmless against all such claims. DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) is not responsible for any course provided by another organisation and just addressed from this website.
6. Uploading material to our site
6.1 Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the following content standards. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you will indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.

6.2 Any material you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
6.3 We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of our site.
6.4 We have the right to remove any material or posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with the content standards set out in these terms.
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
8. Picture Consent and release
By purchasing a ticket or agreeing to attend or participate on any of DentaleLibrary.com courses or conferences, without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, you give your consent give their consent to DentaleLibrary.com its affiliates and agents, to use attendees image and likeness and/or any interview statements from attendees in its publications, advertising or other media activities (including internet).
8.1 This consent includes, but is not limited to:
8.1.1 Permission to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of me and/or record my voice;
8.1.2 Permission to use my name, and
8.1.3 Permission to use quotes from the interview(s) (or excerpts of such quotes), the film, photograph(s), tape(s) or reproduction(s) of you, and or recording of your voice, in part or in whole, in its publications, in newspapers, magazines and other print media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the internet), in theatrical media and/or in mailings for educational and awareness.
This consent is given in perpetuity and does not require prior approval by any attendee attending any meeting conference, seminar, course and or event.

Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
11. Linking to our site
11.1 You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
11.2 You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

12.1 We may from time to time provide interactive services on our sites, including, without limitation: journal & bulletin boards; copyright or territoriality infringement database and communication services.
12.2 We will do our best to assess any possible risks for users (and in particular, for children) from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on our site, and we will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks. However, we are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service we provide on our site, and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in contravention of our content standards, whether the service is moderated or not.

16. Health and Safety Policy
DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) is committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our employees and attendees to our courses, seminars, and conferences, so far as is reasonably practicable, and recognise that the effective management of health and safety is an integral part of our overall business performance. DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) does not accept a full responsibility for other persons such as contractors and visitors who may be affected.
16.1.1 The objectives of the Policy are to ensure that our statutory obligations are met, but these are regarded as minimum standards to be exceeded wherever possible. DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will continually strive to improve our management of workplace risks.

16.3 Whilst the onus of Health and Safety falls primarily on Management, all employees have legal obligations to take all reasonable care to protect themselves and anyone else affected by their acts or omissions.
16.4 Visitors, employees, website users, courses/seminars/conferences attendees must cooperative by

16.5 The successful implementation of this policy requires total commitment of management, employees, website users and attendees at all levels.
This policy will be regularly monitored to ensure that the objectives are achieved. It will be reviewed annually, and, updated in the light of legislative or organisational changes.
17. Quality assurance and course review,
17.1 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) has a general policy for Quality Assurance to be used for the whole related services that provides. The DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) defines the various associated responsibilities from design to final installation, testing, commissioning and handover through the full construction process.
17.2 This Quality Assurance Policy is the established Policy of DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) to control the services delivered to clients through an effective and efficient Quality Management System that is process driven and customer focused to ensure the needs and expectations of clients are identified, understood and agreed. We establish an effective project organisation for each commission defining levels of responsibility and lines of communication incorporating client's quality, standards and procedures as appropriate.
17.3 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) is conscious of the need to:
17.3.1 Sustain and improve the high quality of project management services provided by the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) to ensure that all contractual requirements between the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) and its clients are consistently achieved.
17.3.2 Provide documented assurance to clients to demonstrate that the specified requirements for each project will be, are being and have been achieved.
17.3.3 The DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) achieves its quality objectives by having an established documented, maintained and implemented Quality Management System developed in accordance with the requirements.
17.4 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) is continually reviewing the following Quality Objectives:
Technical drawings shall be produced by CAD systems and subject to checking prior to issue.
Technical documentation shall be in compliance with British Standards or other recognised standards or Codes of Practice.
17.5 Professional advice shall only be given by qualified staff with adequate experience and particular competence.
17.6 All staff are subject to regular Staff Appraisals to identify training needs and to encourage career development and full involvement in the delivery of our services. As part of this Quality Policy, the Quality Assurance Representative has the responsibility and authority to develop, co-ordinate and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the Company Quality Management System. We will ensure that this policy is kept under continual review for suitability and communicated to and understood by our staff and all other interested parties.
18. Diversity and equality policy
18.1 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) is committed to encouraging equality and diversity among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
18.2 The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society and our customers, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best.
18.3 The organisation - in providing goods and/or services and/or facilities - is also committed against unlawful discrimination of customers or the public

18.6 Such acts will be dealt with as misconduct under the organisation’s grievance and/or disciplinary procedures, and any appropriate action will be taken. Particularly serious complaints could amount to gross misconduct and lead to dismissal without notice

19. Data Protection Policy
19.1 The DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) is committed to processing data in accordance with its responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
19.2 Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires that personal data shall be:
19.2.3 processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to individuals;
19.2.4 collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes; further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes shall not be considered to be incompatible with the initial purposes;
19.2.5 adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
19.2.6 accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay;
19.2.7 kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes subject to implementation of the appropriate technical and organisational measures required by the GDPR in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals; and
19.2.8 processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.”
19.3 General provisions
19.3.1 This policy applies to all personal data processed by the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L).
19.3.2 The management shall take responsibility for the DentaleLibrary’ (D-E-L) ongoing compliance with this policy.
19.3.3 This policy shall be reviewed at least annually.
19.3.4 The DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall register with the Information Commissioner’s Office as an organisation that processes personal data.
19.3.5 Lawful, fair and transparent processing
19.3.6 To ensure its processing of data is lawful, fair and transparent, the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall maintain a Register of Systems.
19.3.7 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) use the Wix.com Register of Systems.
19.3.8 Individuals have the right to access their personal data and any such requests made to the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall be dealt with in a timely manner.
19.4 Lawful purposes
19.4.1 All data processed by the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) must be done on one of the following lawful bases: consent, contract, legal obligation, vital interests, public task or legitimate interests (see ICO guidance for more information).
19.4.2 The DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall note the appropriate lawful basis in the Register of Systems.
19.4.5 Where consent is relied upon as a lawful basis for processing data, evidence of opt-in consent shall be kept with the personal data.
19.4.6 Where communications are sent to individuals based on their consent, the option for the individual to revoke their consent should be clearly available and systems should be in place to ensure such revocation is reflected accurately in the DentaleLibrary, (D-E-L) systems.
19.5 Data minimisation
19.5.1 The DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall ensure that personal data are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
19.5.2 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) uses the wix.com services.
19.6.1 The DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall take reasonable steps to ensure personal data is accurate.
19.6.2 Where necessary for the lawful basis on which data is processed, steps shall be put in place to ensure that personal data is kept up to date.
19.6.3 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) uses the wix.com services.
19.7 Archiving / removal
19.7.1 To ensure that personal data is kept for no longer than necessary, the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall put in place an archiving policy for each area in which personal data is processed and review this process annually.
19.7.2 The archiving policy shall consider what data should/must be retained, for how long, and why.
19.8.1 The DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall ensure that personal data is stored securely using modern software that is kept-up-to-date.
19.8.2 Access to personal data shall be limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security should be in place to avoid unauthorised sharing of information.
19.8.3 When personal data is deleted this should be done safely such that the data is irrecoverable.
19.8.4 Appropriate back-up and disaster recovery solutions shall be in place.
19.9.1 In the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data, the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall promptly assess the risk to people’s rights and freedoms and if appropriate report this breach to the ICO (more information on the ICO website).
20.1 DentaleLibrary.com (D-E-L) acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and is committed to ensuring safeguarding practice that reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and complies with best practice requirements. All children and vulnerable adults, regardless of age, disability, gender, racial heritage, religious belief, sexual orientation or identity, have the right to equal protection from all types of harm or abuse. This policy applies to all internal staff at DentaleLibrary.com (D-E-L) as well temporary workers, candidates and contractors. DentaleLibrary.com (D-E-L) is fully compliant with Keeping Children Safe in Education – September 2016. DentaleLibrary.com (D-E-L) is committed to ensuring their work is consistent with safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. All candidates placed by DentaleLibrary.com (D-E-L) are expected to take all reasonable steps to ensure they are alert to possible child abuse and neglect, and to familiarise themselves with arrangements for safeguarding children in the schools where they are placed.
20.2 This safeguarding policy is designed to meet the above principles by ensuring that:
20.3 Those who are known to be unsuitable do not gain access to children or vulnerable adults.
20.4 Those who become unsuitable are detected at the earliest stage and prevented from continuing to work with children and vulnerable adults.
20.5 Those who intend to do harm are prevented at every possible stage from entering the workforce.
20.6 It is as simple as possible for an individual to report that they are being harmed or feel at risk of being harmed.
20.7 Clear procedures will be implemented where child protection issues arise.
20.8 Effective management is provided for staff, temporary workers, candidates and contractors through support and training.
20.9 All necessary checks are made on staff, temporary workers, candidates and contractors.
20.10 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) stays up to date with developments on safeguarding best practice, reporting and auditing our safeguarding activities annually and reviewing and updating our policies and practices every 12 months.
20.11 Those who are identified as being at risk of abuse are afforded every practicable protection by DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) and our subcontractors/partners.
20.12 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will report any concerns regarding any individual, or any potential safeguarding situation that it becomes aware of as soon as practicable to the appropriate authority.
20.13 Those we discover are being abused are afforded the relevant protection and assistance by the relevant bodies as soon as practicably possible.
20.14 At an individual and collective level employees are involved in ensuring Safeguarding is embedded across our services to ensure a whole organisation approach so that individuals are adequately covered by this policy Recruitment and Selection Process DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) are also committed to protecting children and vulnerable adults through a careful recruitment and selection process, a whistle blowing policy and guidance on appropriate behaviour. DentaleLibrary’ (D-E-L) rigorous procedures ensure that any candidate found to have a history of unacceptable conduct or practice, will not be placed. As part of our safeguarding policy DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will:
20.14.1 promote and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children and vulnerable adults.
20.14.2 ensure all candidates undergo a full compliance process.
20.14.3 ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities in respect of safeguarding and is provided with appropriate learning opportunities to recognise, identify and respond to signs of abuse, neglect and other safeguarding concerns relating to children and vulnerable adults.
20.14.4 ensure appropriate action is taken in the event of incidents/concerns of abuse and support provided to the individual/s who raise or disclose the concern.
20.14.5 ensure that confidential, detailed and accurate records of all safeguarding concerns are maintained and securely stored.
20.14.6 prevent the engagement of unsuitable individuals.
20.14.7ensure robust safeguarding arrangements and procedures are in operation.
20.15 This policy will be widely promoted and is mandatory for everyone involved in DentaleLibrary (D-E-L). Failure to comply with this policy and the DentaleLibrary’ (D-E-L) safeguarding procedures will be addressed without delay and may result in disciplinary action.

21.1 Malpractice is any act or practice which breaches regulations which has the potential to: compromise, attempt to compromise the process of assessment, the integrity of any qualification or the validity and security of any assessment materials, the validity of result or certificate; and/or damages the authority, reputation or credibility of any awarding body or centre or any officer, employee or agent of any awarding body centre.
21.2 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) treats any example of malpractice or maladministration with the greatest seriousness, and will take action in any case where malpractice or maladministration is confirmed. DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will take all reasonable steps to prevent the occurrence of any malpractice or maladministration in the development, delivery and a ward of DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) qualifications.
21.3 Members, website users, attendees to any courses/seminars/conferences must co-operate with DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) in all cases of suspected malpractice or maladministration.
21.4 Candidates Where maladministration or malpractice is proven to have an adverse effect on candidates, DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will promptly take all reasonable steps to protect the interests of the candidates. DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will investigate instances of alleged malpractice/maladministration in the following manner: Follow DentaleLibrary’ (D-E-L) malpractice procedure which will involve taking any of the following steps necessary to establish whether or not malpractice or maladministration has occurred: Collect evidence from the persons alleging malpractice/maladministration Inform the responsible person Collect information from candidates where appropriate Meet with the speakers/providers/members to establish facts Collect counter-evidence Examine all evidence.
21.5 At the investigative stage, DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will make decisions on straightforward cases. In cases which are unclear or contested, advice and/or direction may be sought from DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) of Trustees.
21.6 Appeals against the outcome of malpractice decisions are allowed. The Appellant must have viable grounds for appeal such as: DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) has not followed published procedures. New evidence has come to light which could change the decision. Reasonable belief that the action taken is not proportionate to individual’s actions. Appeals must be made within two weeks of DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) informing the individual of the outcome. Appeals will be followed according to our appeals terms and conditions.
22.1 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) aims to provide high quality services which meet your needs. We believe we achieve this most of the time: if we are not getting it right please let us know. In order to ensure our services remain at a high and improving standard, we have a procedure through which you can let us know of for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with the organisation. If you are not happy with the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) please tell us If you are unhappy about any DentaleLibrary’ (D-E-L) service, please speak to the relevant DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) member. If you are unhappy with an individual in DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) sometimes it is best to tell him or her directly. If you feel this is difficult or inappropriate then speak to the staff member's manager or the Director. Often we will be able to give you a response straight away. When the matter is more complicated we will give you at least an initial response within five working days. Making a written complaint If you are not satisfied with our response or wish to raise the matter more formally, please write to the Dr Ai Nankali.
22.2 All written complaints will be logged. You will receive a written acknowledgement within five working days. The aim is to investigate your complaint properly and give you a reply within twenty working days, setting out how the problem will be dealt with. If this is not possible, an interim response will be made informing you of the action taken to date or being considered.
23.1 This policy is aimed at DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) who are delivering and learners who are registered on DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) courses within.
It sets out the steps to follow when submitting appeals about results, assessment methods and DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) Qualifications’ decisions and the steps the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will follow when reviewing the cases, in order that appeals can be received, considered and resolved fairly. Learners who wish to appeal about their assessment results or about a decision affecting their learning should be supported by DentaleLibrary (D-E-L).
23.2 In the latter case, person must provide DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) with evidence. The term regulated qualification or regulators used within the Appeals Policy and procedure covers qualifications regulated by Ofqual (England), Qualifications Wales (Wales) and CCEA (N Ireland). The DentaleLibrary’ (D-E-L) responsibility is important that DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) staff involved in the management, assessment and quality assurance of DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) regulated courses, and learners, are fully informed of the contents of the policy. DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) must have internal appeal arrangements which people can access if they wish to appeal against a decision taken by DentaleLibrary (D-E-L). These arrangements have to be transparent and accessible in order that appeals from people can be received, considered and resolved fairly.
23.3 All members, website users and, attendees need to check, from time to time, the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) terms and conditions and needs to be aware of the contents and purpose of the policies and terms. Review arrangements DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will review the policy annually as part of the self-evaluation arrangements and revise it as and when necessary in response to Centre and learner feedback, changes in internal practices, or requests from, or good practice guidance issued by, the regulatory authorities (e.g. to align with any appeals and complaints process established by the regulatory authorities).

23.5 Appeal procedure
23.5.1 Members, website users and attendees to any of the seminars, courses or conferences provided and organised by DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) have 4 weeks from the date of the seminars, courses or conferences to appeal against.
23.5.2 Reports may be submitted accompanied with documents and supporting evidence. Reports must include:
23.5.3 Name and detail of the seminars, courses or conferences provided and organised by DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) with reference number if possible.
23.5.4 Person’s name and full detail.
23.5.5 Full nature of the appeal.
23.5.6 Contents and outcome of any investigation carried out by the DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) or the learner relating to the issue.
23.5.7 Date of the report and the appellant’s name, position and signature.
23.5.8 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will acknowledge all appeals within five working days of receipt. DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will undertake an initial, informal assessment of all potential appeals to ensure the application is complete and to ascertain if the issue can be resolved before it goes to a formal appeal. In all instances DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will ensure that the person carrying out this initial check will not have a personal interest in the decision being appealed. Following the initial review of the potential appeal DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will write to the appellant with details of the decision within 15 days.
23.5.9 Please note that in some cases the review processes may take longer.
23.5.10 If aapellants are dissatisfied with the outcome of the initial review of the appeal, they may proceed to the independent appeal stage and DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will arrange for an independent review to be carried out. This will be carried out by someone who is not an employee, an assessor working, or otherwise connected to DentaleLibrary (D-E-L).
23.5.11 They will be someone with the relevant competence to make a decision in relation to the appeal and will not have a personal interest in the decision being appealed. The Independent Reviewer will review all the evidence which was submitted in the above stage from the Centre and review whether DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) has applied procedures fairly, appropriately and consistently in line with the policy.
23.5.12 he Independent Reviewer’s decision is final in relation to how DentaleLibrary’ (D-E-L) will rule on appeals and the outcome of the review confirmed within 20 days of receipt of the review request.
23.5.13 If the appellants are still unhappy with the outcome at this stage, they are entitled to raise the matter with the relevant qualification regulator. Situations brought to DentaleLibrary’ (D-E-L) attention by the regulators Where the regulatory authorities notify DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) of failures that have been discovered in the assessment process of another awarding organisation, DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) will review whether or not a similar failure could affect assessment processes and arrangements.
24. Privacy and Cookies
24.1 Where you provide your name, email address or other personal information on this site (eg when you request a printed prospectus) this information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Specifically, personal information is never shared with any third-party organisation. If you choose not to receive further communications your personal details will only be used to respond to your enquiry.

25 Membership and members
25.1 everyone eligible for our membership according to provided requirements for members or other types of membership.
25.2 Types of memberships vary, and they are provided for 12 months. Each types of membership can be renewed or cancelled due to DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) updated policies.
25.3 Data Protection Policy is considered for all members (Section 19)
25.4 Only members receive certificates for participation and attendance in any events, courses and or conferences according to published or announced procedures
25.6 There is no any obligation for registered members in general, except for those types of membership that has own specific published or announced procedures.
25.7 DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) may suspend or terminate membership if someone no longer meets the guideline or DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) policies.
26. Force Majeure
DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (other than one arising from or related to directly or indirectly from volcanic ash), strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery, and DentaleLibrary (D-E-L) shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
27. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
28. Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter and supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, oral or written. Unless expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, this Agreement may be varied only by a document signed by both parties.
